KIDS and JUNIORS PROGRAMME

This programme is developed to teach the children - confidence, coordination, balance, concentration, teamwork, and give them fitness.

The children will learn a simple but practical form of martial arts and most importantly it's FUN!

LADIES FIT-COMBAT

In these classes we work on fitness, cardio, toning plus learning self-defence.

It's a simple form which is ideal for modern day life.

ADULT PROGRAMME

In the adult classes we cover many areas, from standing to the ground, integrating all the weapons in all the ranges e.g. PUNCH : ELBOW : KNEE : KICK

These classes will help give you better fitness, conditioning and a much better understanding of martial arts and self defence for both the sports arena and in self-defence in real life situations.

ADULT BOXING

These classes are here for the white collar boxer; for those who want to get a little fitter and learn how to throw a punch correctly. All age groups MALE and FEMALE

Most boxing clubs are for fighters from there teens to mid 20's which is cool, but for some people especially those new to boxing it can be quit scary Total Martial Arts believes that fitness and martial arts is for everybody and opens the door to any enthusiasts with any skill and fitness level.

6 - 7 pm = JUNIORS

TUESDAY

7 - 8 pm = ADULT BOXING
5 - 6 pm = KIDS YRS 5+ GYMNASTICS CLASS
8 - 9 pm = KFM ADULTS

WEDNESDAY

6 - 7 pm = KEYSI JUNIORS
7 - 8 pm = BJJ/GROUNDFIGHTING
8 - 9 pm = KFM ADULTS

THURSDAY

5 - 6 pm = KEYSI KIDS
6 - 7 pm = JUNIORS
7 - 8 pm = KFM ADULTS

SATURDAY

10.30 - 11.30 am = WOMEN MARTIAL ARTS/SELF DEFENCE CLASS
