WOMEN’S FIT-BODY COMBAT
Lots of women have gym memberships, and that’s great! But unless you can afford a personal trainer or you have a friend to push and motivate you, before too long it all starts getting a bit tedious and workouts become less and less regular... Sound familiar?
Do you get up in the morning and think, “RIGHT I NEED TO START AT THE GYM AGAIN”???
Wouldn’t you like to feel healthier, regain your fitness, build confidence, tone up and learn new skills? Well The Fit-Body Combat class could be just what you need!
First of all! The classes are held in our purpose made martial arts training centre, offering a fully safety matted area, tanning booth, refreshments area and access to our wall of punch bags for those times when you really need to let off a little extra stream!
And clean, pro-quality equipment will be available for you when you’re working out in the class, such as focus pads, kick shields, boxing gloves, etc.
What will the class consist of?
Areas of training that will be covered in the Fit-Body combat class:
- BALANCE
- CO-ORDINATION
- MENTAL FOCUS
- CONCENTRATION
- SELF ESTEEM
- SELF CONFIDENCE
- AND A GREAT LEVEL OF FITNESS
Simple but effective strikes: PUNCHES – ELBOWS – KNEES – KICKS
You will work on combinations with focus pads or kick shields which will give you more belief in your physical ability.
Self defence techniques will work hand in hand with everything you learn.
